The bank has announced that some of its customer support services will remain unavailable for a few hours tonight due to scheduled system maintenance. When Will Services Be Affected?According to the official alert, HDFC Bank’s customer care services will be unavailable from 11:00 PM on August 22, 2025, until 6:00 AM on August 23, 2025. This seven-hour window has been reserved for backend system upgrades.

HDFC NetBanking – A Secure Digital OptionHDFC Bank’s NetBanking platform offers more than 200 types of transactions without requiring customers to visit a branch. Users can pay bills, transfer funds, open deposits, or manage cards from the comfort of their homes.
For those who haven’t registered yet, HDFC Bank allows NetBanking activation through two simple methods:
Online Registration: Using your customer ID, registered mobile number, debit card details, and by setting a new IPIN.
ATM Registration: By inserting your debit card at an HDFC ATM, selecting the NetBanking registration option, after which the IPIN is sent via courier.
While a few customer care services will be unavailable tonight, HDFC Bank’s digital banking platforms will remain fully functional. The maintenance window is a routine upgrade to deliver a more secure and efficient banking experience.
