GoodWorks kicks off work on GCC-focused tech park in Bengaluru

Workspace and technology ecosystem builder GoodWorks Group has kicked off work on its first company-owned GCC-focused tech park – GoodWorks Aerospace Park, in the Hitech, Defence and Aerospace Industrial Park at Devanahalli in Bengaluru.

Spread across 3,00,000 sq. ft., GoodWorks Aerospace Park will be a sustainable, LEED-certified, zero-carbon campus designed to cater to Global Capability Centres (GCCs), enterprises, and high-growth industries such as aerospace, technology, defence, and research, the company said in a press statement.

Located near the Kempegowda International Airport, the campus will offer connectivity for global enterprises looking to set up or expand operations in India.

GoodWorks Group cofounder Vishwas Mudagal said the project was more than just real estate as it would represent their vision of creating iconic, sustainable campuses that will power India’s GCC revolution. “As a bootstrapped, debt-free, and profitable company, this milestone reinforces our commitment to building the future of work in India, brick by brick.”
