Emptying your child's lunch box is a daily task. Children often throw a fuss about eating lunch, and therefore often bring back a full lunch box from school. In such a situation, you can try some simple yet tasty dishes for them.

You can make two healthy wraps using plain roti and common vegetables, which you can give to your children in their lunch box or pack for breakfast or lunch. So, let's make two such delicious wraps.

Mixed Vegetable Wrap
Ingredients

1 finely chopped cucumber
1 small carrot, thinly sliced
1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
Finely chopped red and yellow bell peppers


1 finely chopped onion
Lettuce (iceberg lettuce)

3 tablespoons hung curd
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
3 tablespoons grated cheese
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
Salt to taste

How to Make It

First, mix the garlic, chaat masala, black pepper, and salt into the hung curd.
In another bowl, place all the chopped vegetables and pour the hung curd mixture over them.
Lightly heat the roti in a pan, spread it flat on a large plate, and apply the tomato and chili sauce.
Now, place a lettuce leaf in the center of the roti and pour one or two tablespoons of the hung curd cheesy mixture over it. Sprinkle some grated cheese over it and roll it well.

Prepare a wrap in the same way with the remaining mixture.

Spicy Paneer Wrap
Ingredients

6 tablespoons hung curd
200 grams paneer
Half a teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste
A quarter teaspoon of celery seeds
Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
Half a teaspoon of coriander powder
Half a teaspoon of garam masala powder
Half teaspoon dry mango powder
1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
Green chutney (made with coriander, mint, ginger, garlic, green chili, and cumin powder)
Lemon juice
Salt to taste

How to make it

Put all the ingredients and the juice of half a lemon in a large bowl. Coat the paneer well and let it marinate for a few minutes.

Now fry the marinated paneer in a pan with two tablespoons of oil.

Take the roti and place it directly on a large plate. Apply a layer of green chutney on it.

Place a layer of roasted paneer in the center.
Place thinly sliced onions, carrots, and bell peppers on top of the paneer.
Now roll the roti on both sides. Your paneer wrap is ready. Make more wraps in the same way using the remaining ingredients.
