The BMC will start the supply from the newly constructed overhead water tank at Chandivali municipal garden from August 19. Following the new supply line, the residents of the L ward (Kurla East, West and nearby areas) are advised to boil and filter drinking water for the next five days starting from Tuesday, August 19.
The new water tank will provide water to Sangharsh Nagar, Chandivali. It will supply water to buildings no. 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 13A in Sangharsh Nagar. The regular timings of water supply are from 12.00 pm to 4.00 pm every day.
