22 Kids and Counting star Sue Radford has candidly discussed her health worries and a "risky" decision she's contemplating.
As the latest Channel 5 series draws to a close with the family celebrating Sue's milestone 50th birthday, a sneak peek at tonight's episode reveals a more serious conversation.

Despite being done with having more children, Sue admits she's unsure if her body is on the same page.
In a heart-to-heart with her friend Rebecca, she says: "So my 50th is coming up, isn't it?
"As it gets closer, I'm thinking 'Oh my God.'".
When quizzed about how she's feeling, Sue confesses: "I feel like my hormones are just crazy. [I'm] kind of thinking, is it the pill that's making me feel a bit bleh? Do I just stop it?"
"And have another one", Rebecca teases.

Laughing, Sue responds: "Definitely not. Oh my gosh, I couldn't even. I could not even think about getting pregnant at 50. Like, who wants that?" She adds in jest: "So maybe we should just go for the no sex life."
Rebecca wonders if Sue thinks she's started experiencing menopause yet, to which the Channel 5 star replies: "I thought for you to be hitting menopause, you miss periods and mine are bang on 30 days.
"But I've just not got any symptoms."
Rebecca sympathises: "I don't feel any symptoms at all. Whereas my sister's had perimenopause for quite a while.
"But she's never even been pregnant, ever."
In a separate heart-to-heart, Sue revealed: "Me and Rebecca should probably be showing signs of going through the menopause now but we're not."
Rebecca then suggested an intriguing theory that Sue's numerous pregnancies might be delaying the onset of menopause.
Supporting this notion, voiceover Sally Lindsay noted: "If you do the science, more babies equals fewer periods, equals fewer eggs released."
Rebecca elaborated: "If you've had a lot of pregnancies, then you've not released the same amount as an average woman that's going to go through menopause. It could delay menopause. It could be that.

"It's crazy that when you think about it, that us having so many children could delay the menopause. But my question is still, when exactly?" Sue pondered.
Voiceover Lindsay chimed in again with another point which could mean the famously large family growing even larger. She observed: "No menopause equals still fertile, equals baby number 23 if you're not careful."
At this juncture, Sue disclosed her plan to stop taking the pill and try the rhythm method, which involves monitoring your temperature, tracking your cycles and abstaining from sex at certain times of the month.
However, Rebecca seemed sceptical about this plan, remarking: "I genuinely think there's so much that could go wrong. What if you just take that temperature at the wrong time? Is it really worth taking the chance?
"I think it's really risky for you to stop the pill and try the rhythm method."
Sue, after a pause, earnestly asked at the end of the clip: "I know. But what do I do then?"
22 Kids and Counting continues every Sunday at 8pm on Channel 5.
