The late Ozzy Osbourne was mentioned by his son Jack Osbourne during a TV appearance that aired tonight. He spoke about his late father whilst competing on Cooking with the Stars.
Jack is among the celebrity contestants on the new series of the ITV show, which launched this evening. The broadcast of the first episode, which had been filmed in advance, comes just over a week after it was announced that his late father Ozzy had died, aged 76, last month.
The Osbournes star Jack spoke about his family, including his dad, during his appearance on the show in a scene that aired tonight. It comes after Sharon Osbourne breaks down in tears at Ozzy's funeral in heartbreaking scenes.

Jack was asked about his experience with food growing up whilst making risotto on Cooking with the Stars. He told host Emma Willis that his experience was different after his family relocated from the UK to the US when he was 12.
Speaking about his life before the move, he said: "There was a lot of Birdseye Potato Waffles." Following surprise from Emma, he told the presenter: "Because I was here until I was 12 and then we went to America [and] it was all take out."
He went on to recall the family having chefs periods of time but teased that they didn't typically "last long". Jack began by saying during the scene on the show: "We'd go through bouts of having a chef but everyone's such ..."
Jack later continued: "Very picky eaters so chefs don't usually last long in our house." He then told host Emma in the kitchen: "Because all of a sudden my dad's like 'no, I don't like it anymore' even though it's like some amazing chef."
Last week, Jack and some of his family announced that musician Ozzy had died, just weeks after he performed in a farewell gig alongside his band Black Sabbath. Sharon Osbourne and four of Ozzy's children issued a joint statement.
It read: "It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time. Sharon, Jack, Kelly, Aimee and Louis."
The news prompted an outpouring of tributes from fans and those who knew Ozzy last week. It included messages from his former bandmates and other celebrities who remembered the late singer-songwriter in posts recently.
Since then, there has been a funeral procession for him in his hometown Birmingham, which took place earlier this week. It was followed more recently by a private funeral.
Jack's stint on Cooking with the Stars marks his first TV appearance since the loss of his father, though it was filmed prior to Ozzy's death. He competed against reality TV star Jess Wright in the first episode, which also saw EastEnders star Natalie Cassidy take on radio host Jordan North in the kitchen.
