Set up Google's inactive account feature like this

First of all you have to go to myaccount.google.com/inactive. Click on "Start" there. First of all, you will be asked when Google should assume that your account has become inactive. For this, you can choose a time of 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or 18 months. Google will try to contact you about a month before the selected period ends. Google will do this through your registered mobile number, email and recovery email. If Google does not get any response from you, it will consider your account inactive.

You can give access to the account to others

After this, you can choose a maximum of 10 people to whom notifications will be sent in case your account becomes inactive. You can also allow these people to access some of your information. When you click on “Add Person”, you will have to enter the email ID of that person. After filling the email, an action list will appear from which you can decide what kind of information or facility that person can get.

Decide yourself what to do with the account

In the last step, you can decide whether your account should be deleted after it becomes inactive or not. After the time set in the first step is over, a notification will be sent to the contacts given by you. After this, they will get three months so that they can download the data to which you have given them access. After the stipulated time, your account will be permanently deleted.
