SSC CGL 2025 : The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will close the registration process for the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination 2025 tomorrow. Interested candidates yet to apply are urged to visit the official website, ssc.gov.in, and complete their applications before the deadline.
This year, the SSC CGL 2025 recruitment drive aims to fill approximately 14,582 vacancies across various government departments and ministries. The Commission has also announced that the deadline for making the online payment of the application fee is July 5, 2025. Following the closure of registration, a correction window will be opened between July 9 and July 11, 2025.
Tier I and Tier II examination schedules announced
According to the official notification, the Tier I examination is expected to be conducted from August 13 to August 30, 2025. The Tier II examination is likely to take place in December 2025. The exact dates and schedule will be released in due course on the SSC website.
Candidates eligible for reservation, including Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), and Ex-servicemen (ESM), are exempted from paying the application fee. Women candidates are also not required to pay the fee. For all other applicants, the application fee is Rs 100.

Applicants must hold a valid graduation degree from a recognised university or institution. Candidates are advised to check the detailed eligibility criteria and post-wise requirements in the official notification available on the SSC portal.
